1. Processing & Handcrafting Time

Because our wellness products, weighted eye pillows, and organic balms are handcrafted in small batches to ensure maximum freshness and quality, please allow 2 to 4 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We are proud to offer Complimentary Free Standard Shipping nationwide across the United States for our signature wellness sets.

  • Shipping Cost: Always $0.00.
  • Delivery Time: Standard shipping generally takes 3 to 5 business days once the package leaves our Virginia studio.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours so you can follow its journey.

4. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages

Púrpura Soul Box is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit by the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, or if your tracking shows "delivered" but you haven't received it, please contact the shipment carrier directly to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods. If you need guidance, reach out to us at hola@purpurasoulbox.com within 5 days of delivery, and we will gladly help you through the process.

5. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
