Thank you for shopping with us! Because our sensory wellness products, weighted eye pillows, and organic balms are handcrafted with natural ingredients and personal care in mind, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
Damaged or Missing Items:
While we do not offer standard returns, your satisfaction is very important to us. If your package arrives damaged during transit, leaks, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us at hola@purpurasoulbox.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged product and the shipping box, and we will gladly send you a replacement at no extra cost.
